Riverside Lions Estates was built in 1984 by the Riverside Lions Club who recognized the need for quality, affordable community housing. We are a non-profit, barrier-free, residence which offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom rental apartments for seniors (55 yrs+) and adult persons living with disabilities (21 yrs+).

Riverside Lions Seniors Residences is very proud of our leisure and social activity programming.
We offer a daily exercise program, an internet lounge, speakers bureau, coffee & tea chat groups, regular visits by local pets and pet lovers, a resident choir, card games, skittles, bingo, an intergenerational program partnership with Louis Riel School Division, a resident advisory group, and monthly craft & baking groups, music and dance celebrations, and bus outings to areas of interest and leisure. Often bustling with activity, a bright, spacious, and inviting Lounge & Activity Room is located on each floor.

Riverside Lions features an attractive, spacious, full service dining room that is prided on the cornerstones of healthy, clean, professional and delicious! Our Red Seal chef works alongside our team of servers and cooks to provide three nutritious, high quality, meals per day. Our lunch and dinner meals include two alternative entrée selections. Our dining room also offers an onsite catering service for private parties and get-togethers.
We have a total of 130 barrier free rental suites, including 69 suites that are wheelchair accessible.
Each suite features a living room, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom, generous closet and storage areas, air conditioning and a balcony. The size of our rental suites range from 560 to 1000 square feet.
